Hog Roast Sapiston Retirement Party

Hog Roast Sapiston recently served an incredible spread of delectable dishes at Alfie’s retirement party. The celebration was organised by his coworkers on Alfie’s final day at work after 30 years on the job, and the celebration proved to be a huge surprise that Alfie wasn’t at all expecting.

The Hog Roast Sapiston team showed up several hours before the party kicked off, which gave them plenty of time to prepare our legendary Deep South-inspired Southern Slow Roast Spread, which was a perfect fit for the event.

Hog Roast SapistonOffering a range of delicious meats and sides to satisfy all attendees, the client couldn’t have chosen a better menu. From fall off the bone Louisiana sticky pork ribs and BBQ pork butt to Cajun-spiced whole roast chicken, pulled quarter of minted lamb and BBQ-pulled jackfruit rolls, this irresistible feast was the perfect send-off for Alfie.

Our catering manager, Tim, made sure that everything on the menu was cooked to perfection and served with a range of tasty sauces, bread rolls and wraps. He and the team also rustled up a hearty batch of Memphis-style crunchy coleslaw, mixed sweet potato and regular fries and the deliciously creamy all-American classic macaroni and cheese.

After the meal, Alfie’s co-workers had one last surprise. Knowing Alfie’s passion for travelling, they brought out an aeroplane-shaped cake, which read ”Happy Retirement Alfie!”. They also revealed a huge pile of presents, which made Alfie even more emotional. Meanwhile, Hog Roast Sapiston sliced up the cake and served it to the guests with fresh cream and summer fruits.

The Hog Roast Sapiston team were on hand throughout the event to ensure that everything ran smoothly, providing a professional service that was second to none. The team worked tirelessly to ensure that all guests were well-fed and happy, and their efforts did not go unnoticed.

Alfie had a brilliant time at his surprise retirement party and couldn’t thank his colleagues and Hog Roast Sapiston enough for making his final day as a working man so memorable. He adored the menu we presented, and felt it was the perfect beginning to his golden years.
