
With 50 guests arriving for a 7:00 PM feast, the evening kicked off in true summer style. Catering Manager Tim prepared a showstopping whole roasted pig, complete with crispy, golden crackling. Served alongside traditional favourites like apple sauce, sage and onion stuffing, and a selection of bread rolls and wraps (including gluten-free options), the roast was an instant crowd-pleaser.
To complement the main event, guests enjoyed a light and colourful mixed salad, our creamy gourmet coleslaw, and adding a delicious twist, perfectly grilled halloumi skewers. Whether meat lover or veggie, every guest found something to enjoy.
