Paul is the manager of a local office and is currently in the process of finalising the plan for a Halloween office party taking place later this month. The party will be a great way for the team to relax and blow off steam while enjoying some great food and showing off their costumes. For the catering, our manager Tim has been hired to serve a delicious buffet for the occasion. After discussing our menu options, Paul decided that a classic hog roast would be ideal, with a few additional dishes to ensure that there is something for all 35 guests to enjoy.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Walberswick team will arrive at the office block in Suffolk in the morning to prepare for the midday serving time. We will begin by preparing the main dishes, including a delicious slow-roasted hog and BBQ-pulled jackfruit for meat-free guests. Once it is time to serve, these dishes will be enjoyed in fresh bread rolls, with sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling also on offer. For the variety of sides, we will also be serving homemade chips and a selection of tasty salad dishes to create a varied and tasty buffet lunch. This event is bound to be a lot of fun and the Hog Roast Walberswick is really looking forward to getting in the Halloween spirit at this office party!
