Any day is good for a barbecue during the summer, but one comes even better when you have plenty to celebrate. For Michelle and her family last week, there was more than enough excuse to be celebrating with a barbecue, as the Hog Roast Cambridge team joined them for an excellent joint birthday celebration near Newmarket.
With a joint birthday celebration, 110 guests, and the summer weather on their side, all that was needed for Michelle and co thereafter was the actual barbecue. Thankfully, Michelle had already made the call well ahead of time to head chef Tim and the Hog Roast Cambridge team. Though we are hog roast catering specialists first and foremost, it is an easy line to draw to get to premium barbecues – especially with the state-of-the-art catering equipment that we possess. Designed and manufactured ourselves, our mobile hog roasting machines can easily double as a grill and barbecue too, allowing for a tonne of foods to be cooked all at once. That means 10 guests or 110 for a barbecue, everyone is going to get fresh and hot burgers as and when they want them all day long!
And because we are Hog Roast Cambridge, our barbecue range also comes with our own typically distinctive twist. We know that the barbecue is a British summertime staple, so we figured it best to deliver the classics in even better style than ever before. Our burgers and sausages – the kings of the barbecue – come made gourmet style from high quality locally reared meats. We make everything fresh for even better tastes, and then we have some excellent unique additions just to make our barbecue menu even more distinctly ‘us’. For Michelle and co, our BBQ marinated spare ribs and our Thai chicken kebabs were a big hit alongside our gourmet burgers and sausages. Further bulking out the menu to satisfy the joint celebrations fully: boiled new potatoes, tomato and mozzarella salad, and gourmet red cabbage coleslaw, with as many wraps and rolls as required for however many servings each guest wanted. With a barbecue as good as this, you’re always going to come back in for at least seconds!
