Hey everyone! I’m Tim, the proud owner of Spitting Pig Suffolk.
What got me into hog roasting, you ask? Well, it’s all about the amazing interaction with guests at every event! Whether it’s a private party or a lively gathering, seeing those happy faces when they taste my food is what it’s all about for me. One thing close to my heart is our Suffolk community. Last Christmas, we organised an event for our local community hub where we provided a delicious turkey dinner, free of charge, for elderly village members, low-income families, and those in need. It was heart-warming to see 50 local residents enjoy a special meal on that day.

Whether you are hosting your event in a popular spot or a more remote location, we have the means to cater there. Thanks to our market-leading catering equipment and incredibly flexible mobile team, we are capable of providing a superior mobile dining experience just about anywhere in Suffolk.
We will bring absolutely everything we need with us, including all of the serving tables, napkins, crockery and cutlery, and table clothes, as required. We will also efficiently and discreetly deal with all of the rubbish removal afterwards, so that when your event is all over, we will not leave a trace that we were ever onsite.

Menus
Of course, our mission in life as hog roast caterers is to wow our clients with the quality, flavour and texture of our hog roasts, which are considered to be the best in Suffolk by everyone who tries them! This doesn’t mean that our catering services are only suitable for pork fans though. Here at Spitting Pig Suffolk, we don’t want to exclude anyone from being able to eat and enjoy our food, nor do we only want to appeal to a niche market.
If you haven’t already, please check out our menus, where you will find a tempting array of diverse dishes to please all tastes and accommodate a wide range of different dietary needs. Our extensive range of menu items includes different meats, encompasses a broad range of flavours from around the world, and provides a more than satisfy selection of alternatives for vegetarian, vegans and those with food allergies.
We also provide a selection of different slow cooked meats, all prepared using the same method we use for our hog roasts and achieving the same melt-in the mouth results. Our alternative meats, such as sirloin of beef, whole roasted chicken and tender spring lamb, are served with our take on their classic trimmings, and can be accompanied by an array of different vegetable and potato dishes, as well as vibrant side salads and sauces. We also offer our own range of gourmet handmade burgers and sausages – ideal for sizzling summer BBQs for outdoor parties with family, friends or colleagues.
For more formal events we also provide a selection of fine dining menus, complete with a canape welcome reception and Hog Roast Suffolk’s team of attentive waiting staff to offer you and your guests highly professional table service.
