Hog Roast Halesworth knows how to create birthday’s to remember, especially milestone ones. Last weekend, one of our customers, Mitchell, celebrated his 30th birthday and we had one goal in mind to bring friends and family together over a beautiful setting and even better food. That’s exactly what we achieved on October 11th at Cratfield Hall Farm in Halesworth, Suffolk.
As the golden hour approached the guests gathered for a celebratory Hog Roast, served up by our experienced catering manager, Tim, who ensured all guests left happy and well fed.
With 100 guests to cater for, Hog Roast Halesworth got to work earlier in the day to carefully prepare a whole roasted pig, slow roasted on site for hours. Of course, we never forget our veggie and vegan guests, making sure all dietary needs were covered and everyone could enjoy a tasty feast.
Alongside the main dishes, guests could fill their plate with seasonal green leaf salad and a crisp, refreshing coleslaw, which were perfectly balanced with the meat. As the finishing touch there were a range of freshly baked bread rolls and wraps which everyone could add to their meals. As always, all of the delicious food was served up on disposable bamboo crockery which kept any clean-up to a minimal so our catering crew could focus on creating a memorable birthday for our guest of honour.
Our team at Hog Toast Halesworth were proud to be a part of the joyful atmosphere as we witnessed guests catching up over tasty food and sharing lots of laughter throughout the evening. The event had a chilled feel, it was well planned out so our guests could focus on each other rather than the pressure of hosting, we had that covered for them! We’re sure that Mitchell and his guests will be talking about this birthday for years to come.
